SONJA JOSEPHINE ORCHARD said… - i have lost the picture i took of the soldier crabs along with some others, a little sad, i need to try and find them, me and trying to learn settings on the p/c so i sent you one of the roses i was watching an old budist lady always putting her full moon blessing out with incence and just cut up apple or orange and can just be the peels too, and she would grow a new rose too, so when i travelled to Melbourne last yr to help look after my dying father in-law, who did pass last yr on fathers day of all days.. any way this is what have sent and another of the anchor and the pier where i am pretty sure that one was a sunset one coz the fishermen had not come back from sea yet.. there is more than one boat there and its a small holiday village, no church or hospital or police station, like i said very small, you have to travel half an hour to shop in a bundance so you do not waste petrol for nothing.. everything is so much more expensive in the country than in the suburbs of the city area, where their are the markets, and the rest , we farm it send it to the factories in Melbourne or ? ever and always comes back to us dearer ,when it originally came from the country, one would think we would get cheaper prices here but far from it..
That particular anchor, was last used in 1870's and that's where i sent u the
pic of the morning sunrise on the bay-let to the ocean.. little port with less than 100 people in it called Port Albert'. I sat down, on the sand and within seconds millions of soldier crabs i did not see, were all over me i will send you the pic, but you may have to zoom on it too see them, they are small.. lol .. my hubby new of them, and let me sit there, and laughed his head off, as i was screaming like a banchee women with these tiny soldier crabs no bigger than a 50cents not big at all running towards the water clothes and all to get them off me, but it must of looked funny !!.. and do not harm no one, just beach scavengers... well my heart was pumping that day, late last yr.. so not too old these pics are .. i have taken some lovely nature ones from the dairy, and of my boys, anyhow more to send catch later yeah, and hope you like them, they are a start!! :) you are so much better at photography than i, and perhaps you can give this old duck a few tips, but i do enjoy sharing my pictures with you.. remember these ones are off the mobile phone that my elder son had uploaded .. smarty pants they are..lo smiling once again,

- Hi, how are you? sorry i have not answered back for a week nearly, it has been so hot, and only have your regular cooler fan, Wow,.. Nothing wrong with the cold showers, .. Hmm with hubby to save water coz we jump under in shorts and singlet/t-shirt.. :) .. lo .. till the strong strength of the sun goes down, .. then we can hop, skip, and jump, into the fresh water steam/river, just down the bottom of our court/dead end road like a Billabong .. A 'U' shape and we are at the bottom of it, so there is how close we are ,, very prone to flooding coz this stream comes down from the Snowy mountains, in N.S.W southern end of the state and closer to ours.. lots of nature pictures to take just have to charge new cam with new batteries and figure out how to upload the card from the digital camera to the p/c the same for the camera on the moblile.. when i can i will send them and your opinion would greatly welcome.. remember i have just taken up the photography again, .. :) .. be kind too me plz .. :):) i am sending you some history on a small town half hr away by car, from uploaded pics and one of my states main city ,,, i call 'concrete' Melbourne on the Yarra, the unside down river that goes out to sea and sadly has all toxic wastes coming out of the big industrial water holes, into the river, sad isn't it?.. Australia, is so lucky, and is so rich in minerals, and very dry, therefore getting the name of a "Sun-Burnt" country, its been her nick-name since i can remember, now with this big hole in the sky who knows,.. anyways i better get on with the mailing, while we have a couple of muggy rainy days, today, and a couple more, but way under 30celcius, so i think the whole country will be resting this weekend from all that heat . no more blabbing by ~~"miss Have a chat!! ooppss online, lo smiling to myself i am just a friendly person that loves to write to friends around the world and only being relatively new to this machine and have roughly or less a dozen friends from all over some like only three people i have been writing too nearly every day with one of the girls, as she has become like a sister, too me.. for nearly 2yrs now and one i met on FBook and she brought me here to learn, another lovely caring soul, as i am sure you are, i only need to see the pics u take of wild life - mother nature' isn't it beautiful .. here are some pics like i said from my state, in the countryside from where i live in East Victoria, & main city of Melbourne, at "Night on the Yarra" i got this one from my from Fox saver, they are great pictures there .. catch later and hugs, and blessings to you and yours, and heaps of our warmth to you from Oz'.. regards a friend Sonja..

- roses grown outside my mother inlaws window by an old Buddahist lady, who was showing me how to grow roses, and this in Melbourne not the countryside where we live, our house is at least 2hrs away, now with all the new freeways going up .. rather stay in the bush.. dont care if it burns hate the city kinda grew up in it .. and was determined too bring the last two up in the bush and here we are too stay.. loving the country .. always have and been a beach bum.. love the water, catch later okay..

here is a early summers morning on the east coast of Australia i took with my phone camera, it is only half an hour away from where i live.. and it was a fresh Autumn morning too.. have not taken pictures for a while now and just starting to get back into photography with a camera/vidieo digital, that has a card, and goes into my p/c and mobile pics as well, now i just have to learn how to upload the card from the new camera/ yeah yeah yeah!! all digital and high tech, ouch give me something old fashioned anyday.. lo .. but i suppose this is the day and age, and rather than being left behin, i rather be with the program!! :) lo. May Creator always watch over you and yours'
