Along with any herbs for weight gain and smoking, is there any for lowering cholesterol? Thank you!

My back, shoulders and neck are in alignment. The headaches are from Chiari Malformation, Level 3 (the brain runs out of room, so it extends down into the spinal area). I've had one brain surgery, where they had to enlarge the opening of the cranial opening at the base of the skull, and decompress the brain (they had to make an incision and put in a graft to take the pressure off the brain so that the fluid could continue to flow). The headaches resemble migraines, but they are not migraines at all. There is still some constriction that prevents the circulation of the spinal fluid that coats the brain.

You may have already tried this but I had severe headaches for about 3 years to the point that I couldn't get out of bed sometimes. My chiropractor was my lifesaver. He adjusts my neck (it slips off the cranium ball/joint) and my shoulder, elbow and hips and it keeps my head in alignment. My headaches have stopped. When I feel them coming on, I go in for an adjustment and it takes about 1/2 day but it's gone. I also am in IT and got extreme carpal. Again, adjustments to my wrists elbows and shoulders stopped the pain and allowed the bood to flow normally. Guess you can tell I'm pro chiro :) Your spine alignment is the key to your health. It is the systematic firings to your organs, brain, etc. that keep you going. When an organ or area is not getting the proper stimulation from the nerves firing, they will atrophy or start producing less of the hormone/chemical/function they are intended to.

I am also a proponent of Tiger Balm although it does have a strong odor and stains like the dickens.

Yoga positions can also alleviate back pain. I used to live across from a Krishna devotee how would not take any western meds and she had severe back pain. Her yoga poses would get her back to functional and working in her garden.

What herb can be taken for weight gain and to help someone to stop smoking, but will not raise their blood pressure or sugar?

Tiger Balm is a salve that relieves aches and pains. It is to be
Rubbed on the area that aches.
I bought mine from an acupuncturist.

Well for the of me I have found something because I get bad neck pain and then I tried it on other things This is something that a Chineese healer made . You can buy it in the drug store or dollar sometimes they even have it . its Tiger Balm man the stuff is magic
I now carrie it in my purse . you can get 2 kinds dark and methyal the menthal is fantastic I was give this by a native as he had checked it out Then when I lived in the Philippines I used it too and on our way back we came through Hong Kong There is a place called the Tiger Balm Gardens also in Singa pore The balm was made for his sick daughter to stop pain its will worth the investment its sells around 3 .00s aprox . there you go get healed so to speak heee love Grandmother Elder Zeetche oh you can type it in goggle and read all about it
