Harmony & Balance
One has to learn that Harmony and Balance is the over all theme to governing life . This is perceived as a Balance and the Illness is an upset of that balance . A person 's equilibrium can be the last to correct . This comes from two things as follows
The choices we make in life with our emotional thoughts or words or ideas of a problem with in our self and sometimes it can be in the subconscious mind Dealing with this is very important even if you set up a note book and write those thoughts . For example you can get a nice book call it your journal for journeys for healing and you should have two.
First the first one is dealing with the unbalance and sometimes even anger.
My mother always said Quote never go to bed with a sore head ,or wait the rose colored glasses come off they you have to face reality of these situation s
The second book one keeps wonderful events to pass one to your Grandchildren or Children . For example stories of your pass adventures for them to share with your great grandchildren and to learn that life is a journey.
Now when you do these book s decorate them have fun use the first page put a wolf or some kind of special nature photo I collect pictures for the lodge
I use them for various books I am working with .It is amazing I always know where that book is .

2/When your unbalanced it can be due to grief, or past issues you have not dealt with.
Like Sun Bear said Dig a hole ,take slips of paper and write out all things that upset you or about bad energy anything you so wish. Even talk to the hole about your passed life get it all out of you . Smudge before you start or say a prayer
Once you have exhausted the thoughts feel the difference with in you . I know to some you think this is crazy but it works many native practitioner s use various way to bring people back into balance . Whether it is a sweat lodge or some friend you just talk to but even then it's not like what Sun Bear speaks of . He was a medicine man and he used this in his teachings . Found out it really help people
Take a pine cone or buy a special flower or put something of beauty in it and see the new life flourish .

baggage. This can be a place where you can sit and talk and feel you have been set free. It is only then you have cleaned you passed life forgiven yourself so you can love other s.
This at the same provides a place of personal healing , your place your tree or plant its yours .
Everyone in general carries excess baggage. Now if it dies it's telling you to move on so give new life start again. Keeping in mind life hold no promises for each day is a new day and each day we must live the present moment .

Remember in life we carry excess baggage around with us it's only us that can make the changes and stay on the Good Red Road.
The purpose of healing is to access what to be reified to bring that person back into balance to understand this is an on going duty to keep balanced in life. You were given life you have choices which will it be. ?????
It is not hard to do and no excuse not to If you want to keep well then just do it . Also if you are going to bed at night take 5 deep breaths hold it each one count to 10 and exhale for you mind body and lungs need to clean out all the bad energy to balance you and your life

You can further do the tightening excerise start after the deep breaths and start with your toes feet etc up to the top of your head by doing this tightening and relax all the way up to the top of your head each muscle even slip in some more deep breaths This way you create a healing tool after a week of hardship or upset . Note you can put soft music to help you your choice . or use Silence as it is golden
Remember you are you and you are the only one that can create a new you, which will it be ? Will you continue to stay in your clam shell or open it up to a new you. ?????
